When you consider how countless animals are made to suffer on factory farms; how meat, eggs and dairy products harm our health and how intensive animal agriculture damages our environment, it's no wonder that celebrities and other people are going vegan or vegetarian in greater numbers. It's the single best thing that each of us can do to help animals, our bodies and the planet. Of course, it doesn't hurt that vegetarian food tastes great too!
